School Shop General Overview:

• The school shop operates as a one-stop provider of essential learning and school identity materials for students ages 3–17.
• It is a partnership between the school (Roots Education) and “The School Shop” e-commerce platform, integrating convenience with school standards.
• The shop supports the school’s values of safety, equality, pride, and belonging through consistent access to school supplies.

School Shop Scope:

• Covers approved categories: school uniform, stationery, educational prints, and musical instruments.
• Serves all enrolled students from early years through secondary levels.
• Handles online ordering, delivery, return, exchange, and payment operations.

School Shop Products Outline:

• School Uniform =  a standardized set of clothes that students are required to wear at school.
• Educational Prints =  visual materials used to support learning.
• Stationery Supplies = tools used to support learning.
• Musical Instruments =  tools or devices used to produce musical sound.

The School Shop Policy:

• Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days.
• Students may collect online orders in class once the confirmation email is sent. Once received, kindly coordinate via the stage coordinator to collect the order by sending a screenshot of the order number and confirmation to collect.
• Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt.
• Exchanges: return the original item and place a new order.
• Refunds are processed 2 business days after the item is received (subject to inspection).
• Customer service hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday to Thursday).
• Online order returns can be made at the school between 12:30 PM and 1:30 PM and must be communicated with the chat box on theschoolshop.co.
• Students may try on uniforms at school between 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM, coordinated via the stage coordinator.

School Shop Payment Policy:
