Tuition Fee Installments:

• Installment 1

1. Upon acceptance of new applicants 
2. 30% before May 30 (Roots International School) + (KG)
3. 20% before May 30 (Roots National School)
4. 30% before May 30 (Roots Pre-School)

• Installment 2

1. 20% before August 15 (Roots International School) + (KG)
2. 50% before August 15 (Roots National School)
3. 20% before August 15 (Roots Pre-School)

• Installment 3

1. 30% before November 1 (Year 6, 8, 10, 11, 12 RIS)
2. 30% before November 15 (FS1, FS2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9 RIS)
3. 30% before November 15 (Roots National School)
4. 30% before November 15 (Roots Pre-School)

• Installment 4 

1. 20% before January 1 (Year 6, 9, 10, 11, 12 RIS)
2. 20% before January 30 (FS1, FS2, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8 RIS) + (KG)
3. 20% Before January 30 (Roots Pre-School)

Tuition Fee Payment Policy:

• A 2% fine will be charged monthly for late payments.
• Financial Transactions take 2 business days to process. Therefore, in the case a payment has been made, it will take 2 business days for the remaining department to be updated. 
• Payment must be submitted on (https://rootsschools.education/payments)

Tuition Fee Discounts Policy: 

• Sibling Discount:

1. 0% discount for the first child in RIS 
2. 10% discount for the first sibling in RIS
3. 15% discount for the second sibling in RIS
4. 15% discount for the third sibling in RIS
5. Not applicable to students entering Years 11 & 12.
6. The older siblings must also be attending RIS. 
7. Not applicable to Booklets and LMS

• Academic Achievement Discount:

1. 5% discount for students achieving a grade of 97% or higher at RIS.
2. 25% discount for students achieving a grade of 95% or higher at RNS in year 9 and upwards.
3. Renewable annually if high academic performance continues.
4. Not applicable to Years 10, 11 & 12 at RIS. 
5. Not applicable to Booklets and LMS

Tuition Fee Reimbursement Policy: (Student Withdrawal)

• If a parent/guardian withdraws a student's enrollment, the school will deduct the following percentages from any payments made based on the month of withdrawal:

• December is 10% of the total tuition. 
• January is 15% of the total tuition. 
• February is 20% of the total tuition. 
• March is 25% of the total tuition. 
• April is 30% of the total tuition. 
• May is 35% of the total tuition. 
• June is 40% of the total tuition. 
• July is 45% of the total tuition. 
• August is 50% of the total tuition. 
• September is 100% of the total tuition. 
• October is 100% of the total tuition. 
• November is 100% of the total tuition.
