Admissions General Overview:

Admissions Process and Outline: 

• Admission announcements on Instagram, Facebook, and Threads accounts for each school.
• Start the student application or the waiting list form on the website.
• Select school
• Create an account or log in.
• Review eligibility requirements
• Prepare the required documents accurately. 
• Submit application
• Print the application form & submit it on campus according to the guidelines.
• Pay registration fees
• Schedule an assessment 
• Receive admission decision

Admissions Policies:

• The school maintains the right not to disclose the reasons for non-acceptance (rejection).
• Applications are disregarded if the information provided is inaccurate or does not match the presented official documents.
• Each applicant can only apply once to either Roots School or RIS for the upcoming academic year.
• In the case of non-acceptance, applicants cannot re-apply to RIS or Roots School for the same academic year.

Admissions Payment Policy:

• An amount of 20,000LE is to be paid upon submitting the application on campus for assessment fees.
• In case of acceptance, the administration fees of 2,000LE will be deducted from the paid amount and the rest of the amount will be deducted from the total tuition fees.
• If the applicant did not pass the assessment and did not meet the school criteria, there will be a refund of the assessment fees, after the deduction of the administration fees, which is 2,000LE.
• If the applicant does not attend, show up, or cancel the assessment appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, by submitting a request at the school reception, the administration fees of 2,000LE will be deducted.
