Admissions Process and Outline: 

• Admission Announcements on Instagram, Facebook, and Threads accounts for each school.
• Start the Student Application or the Waiting List Form on the Website
• Select School
• Create an Account or Login
• Review Eligibility Requirements
• Prepare the Required Documents Accurately 
• Submit Application
• Print the Application Form & Submit it on Campus according to the guidelines.
• Pay Registration Fees
• Schedule an Assessment 
• Receive Admission Decision

Admissions Policies:

• The school maintains the right not to disclose the reasons for non-acceptance (rejection).
• Applications are disregarded if the information provided is inaccurate or does not match the presented official documents.
• Each applicant can only apply once to either Roots School or RIS for the upcoming academic year.
• In the case of non-acceptance, applicants cannot reapply to RIS or Roots School for the same academic year.

Admissions Payment Policy:

• An amount of 15000 EGP (assessment fees) is to be paid upon applying to the campus. 
• In the event of acceptance, the administration fee of 1,500 EGP will be deducted from the paid amount, and the remaining amount will be deducted from the total inclusive tuition fees. 
• If the applicant did not pass the assessment and did not meet the school criteria, there will be a refund of the assessment fees, after the deduction of the administration fees, which is 1500 EGP.
• Suppose the applicant does not attend, show up, or cancel the assessment appointment at least 48 hours before the scheduled date, by submitting a request at the school reception. In that case, the administration fees of 1500 EGP will be deducted.
