Transportation Purpose:
- The purpose of school transportation is to provide students with a safe, reliable, and convenient means of travel to and from school, ensuring punctuality, reducing risks, and supporting families with a trusted service.
Transportation Scope:
- The scope of school transportation covers the safe and timely movement of students between home and school, including bus routes, pickup and drop-off procedures, safety measures, trained staff supervision, vehicle maintenance, and communication with parents to ensure a reliable and organized service.

Transportation Approach:
- A school transportation approach is built on ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient travel for students between home and school. This involves planning routes that minimize travel time and hazards, maintaining vehicles regularly, and hiring qualified drivers who are trained and certified. There is also a focus on communication with families—providing schedules, route changes, and safety information—and on monitoring operations through GPS, attendance tracking, and feedback mechanisms. Cost effectiveness, environmental impact, and regulatory compliance are also important, ensuring that services are sustainable, lawful, and equitable. The goal is to support student punctuality, well-being, and access to education while minimizing risk and waste.
Transportation Policy:
- Students & Faculty must arrive at their designated bus stop at least five minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Buses will not wait for late arrivals.
- Students & Faculty are responsible for arriving at school independently if they miss the bus.
- Students & Faculty must wait safely, away from the road, until the bus has come to a complete stop before boarding or alighting.
- Students & Faculty must not walk behind the bus at any time.
- Students & Faculty must sit immediately when onboarding, remain seated for the entire journey, keep the aisle clear, and face forward.
- Students & Faculty must use respectful language and maintain a calm voice; no foul language or shouting is allowed.
- Physical aggression, pushing, horseplay, or any harmful behavior is strictly prohibited.
- Students & Faculty are prohibited from eating on the bus—only sealed water bottles are allowed.
- Students & Faculty must treat the bus, its seats, curtains, and equipment with care.
- Students & Faculty must dispose of personal trash properly; leave no belongings behind.
- Students' first incident: Verbal warning and notification to the parent/guardian.
- Students' Second incident: Temporary suspension from bus privileges for one or more days.
- Students' repeated or serious incidents (e.g., bullying, damaging property): Longer suspension or permanent revocation of bus privileges. Severe offenses may lead to involvement of the school administration or law enforcement.
- Parents must submit a signed participation form to the school.
- Parents must be present at least five minutes before the estimated drop-off time. If no one is there, the student will be returned to the school and must be collected from the reception area by the afternoon.
- Faculty must report any damage immediately. Parents/guardians may be held financially accountable for repairs caused by misuse.
- This policy may be revised as technologies and school needs evolve. Users will be notified of updates and are responsible for reviewing changes.
Transportation Fees:
- Area 1 = 26,450 LE
- Area 2 = 27,990 LE
- Area 3 = 32,215 LE
- Area 4 = 39,350 LE
Transportation Installment Policy:
- 1st Installment: 20% to be paid before May 15th.
- 2nd Installment: 20% to be paid before August 15th.
- 3rd Installment: 20% to be paid before October 15th.
- 4th Installment: 20% to be paid before December 15th.
- 5th Installment: 20% to be paid before January 30th.
Transportation Discount Policy:
- First Sibling = 10%
- Second Sibling = 15%
- One Way Travel = 15%
Transportation Payment Policy:
- A 2% fine will be charged monthly for late payments.
- Payment can be made after paying the school fees.
- Financial Transactions take 2 business days to process. Therefore, in the case a payment has been made, it will take 2 business days for the department to be updated.
