The School brings a unique blend of both British and Egyptian curricula where students are prepared from an early age to undergo these challenging curriculums which would help them to continue their educational pathway in Egypt or abroad after graduating.
To help build a "global perspective" foundation for a successful future, we offer learners the study of human culture and society, through subjects such as Art, and Foreign Languages, where French and German are offered from the Foundation stage.
We also care to blend the study of international Social Studies presented in History and Geography (available in KS1 and 2) parallel with the Ministry of Education courses including Arabic Social Studies, Civics, and Citizenship beside the Arabic and Religion subjects (Core).
The Core subjects are Arabic Language, Social Studies, Religion, and Citizenship (mandatory in Year 12), and students must succeed across all Core subjects to secure high overall grades.
Key testing periods: In Year 9, students must successfully obtain the Egyptian Preparatory Education Certificate (Arabic, Religion and Social Studies)In Year 12, students must successfully obtain the Egyptian General Secondary Education Certificate (Arabic, Religion, Social Studies and Citizenship)
