Events General Overview:

• At Roots Education, we believe that cultural festivals and pep rallies to science fairs and field trips—don't just fill the calendar; they create vibrant learning experiences that unite students, foster real-world skills like leadership and teamwork, and strengthen connections between the school, families, and wider community. Thoughtfully planned using the school's core values, these events build confidence, reinforce student engagement, and support long-term educational goals by turning everyday activities into meaningful opportunities for growth.

Events Policies:

• Images taken at the event can be used for marketing purposes. 
• Parents are required to sign the pre-registration and consent form.
• Visitors are highly advised to follow the event guidelines, including the theme, dress code, and designated areas.
• Students must have a good behavioural record to participate in events.
• Students, parents, and guests are expected to adhere to the school's rules. 
• Tickets will be provided for paid events.
• Visitors may need to check in at reception/gate with an invitation or a ticket.

Events Payment Fees:

• Each event has its own fees.
• The community will receive an email regarding event fees, in case there are any.

Events Payment Policy:

• Student tuition fees must be paid in full to participate in any event.
• Payment must be submitted before the event payment due date.
