After-School General Overview:

•  At Roots Education, our after-school program brings together top-tier, fully accredited academies to deliver exceptional extracurricular experiences. We carefully partner with leaders in their fields & similarly outstanding sports providers aligned with Ittihad standard & extend this approach to academic and creative disciplines when relevant. Each collaboration is vetted for accreditation and excellence, ensuring that students and participants benefit from specialist instruction and structured enrichment beyond the classroom.

• The school’s approach to after-school activities is centered on providing students with opportunities beyond academics to develop their talents, social skills, and personal interests. Activities are designed to be engaging, safe, and inclusive, encouraging creativity, teamwork, leadership, and physical well-being. By offering a variety of programs. The school ensures that every student finds a meaningful outlet to grow holistically and build confidence in a supportive environment. 

After-School Policy:

• Open to everyone
• Opening Hours = 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM (Sunday - Thursday) & 12:00 PM to 11:00 pm (Saturday)
• Access through Gate 7

After-School Fees Policy:

• Monthly subscriptions may vary based on activity.

After-School Discount Policy:

• Roots Community = 10%

After-School Payment Policy:

• Payment will be through the academy you will subscribe to.
• Respectful and cooperative behavior is mandatory. Disruptive actions may result in warnings or program dismissal.
• All partner academies must adhere to robust safeguarding policies to protect participants from any form of abuse or neglect. 
• Required equipment or supplies are supplied by the academy.
• Participants may enroll in multiple activities, provided they do not conflict in schedule.
• Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs in advance and provide necessary support instructions or emergency medication.
• An "open-door" policy will be in effect & parents may observe program sessions or communicate regularly with instructors. 
• Feedback is welcomed and addressed promptly, to continually improve participant experience.
